Step 1
Thaw the Frozen Biryani
Choose one of the two thawing methods below:
Option 1: Room Temperature
Remove the ceramic pot containing the frozen biryani from the freezer. Allow it to thaw at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours.
Option 2: Microwave (Defrost Setting Only)
For a faster option, thaw the biryani in the microwave using the defrost setting only (do not use regular heating). Set the microwave to defrost for 30-40 minutes, checking periodically to ensure even thawing.
Step 2
Cook the Biryani
Once thawed, choose your preferred cooking method:
Option 1: Stovetop
Place the ceramic pot on a flat pan and add 200 ml of water to the pan. Cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, ensuring the heat is moderate to avoid burning.
Option 2: Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the ceramic pot in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until heated thoroughly.
